Philippe Ligron, head of the FoodExperience at the Alimentarium and a tutor in culinary arts, holds a federal teaching diploma and a Certificate of Advanced Studies, and boasts 30 years’ practical experience in training.
A qualified training manager and coach specialising in the systemic approach, and founder of TEAM TIME, Martine is a specialist in creating tailor-made seminars, training courses and individual or collective coaching sessions.
